 Presenter/Vendor Registration

Important Note

Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, Happy Dancing Turtle is unable to maintain plans for an in-person B2B. In order to continue this long-running event and keep participants connected with presenters and vendors in the safest way possible, we will be moving B2B 2021 to a virtual event.  Thank you for your patience and support as we redesign this year’s event. 

Presenter Registration

Learning new skills from our knowledgeable presenters is what brings participants back to this event year after year.  This year, Back to Basics will look a little different, but will provide the same great opportunities!

An HDT staff member will work with presenters to prerecord workshop sessions using Zoom, allowing you to present from the comfort of your own home without the pressure of a live audience! Workshops should be between 40-60 minutes. Presenters may choose to do a live Q&A via Zoom, hosted by HDT, we will schedule a time for you on Saturday, February 27 or Sunday, February 28. Presenters may also choose to answer questions via email. There is a $30 presenter stipend for each pre-recorded session. You are welcome to offer a “Part 2” in lieu of a double session. 

All video recordings of the workshop sessions will be made available to participants from February 20-28, 2021. During this time, participants can watch as many presentations as they would like! One of the things we hear most frequently about the event from participants is "I wish I could have gone to more workshops!" Well, this year, they can! 

We are no longer accepting presenter proposals!

Vendor & Exhibitor Registration

Connecting participants to locally grown/made goods and sustainable services is still a very important part of the event! This year, vendors/exhibitors will be featured on our website with contact information, product/service information, and links to any online shops/ordering services. In addition, vendors/exhibitors are highly encouraged to record a short (1-2 minute) video showcasing their products/services and how they are related to sustainability. Promotion of vendors/exhibitors will be concentrated in the month of the event but will remain on the B2B web page until next year's event. Each vendor/exhibitor will be featured in an HDT social media post after the event, continuing promotion of your company/organization long after February. There is a $30 Vendor/Exhibitor Fee. Vendors who register by November 14th will be included in holiday promotions! 

Vendor & Exhibitor registrations will be accepted until February 6, 2020.
