Soy Chicken Stir FrySubmitted by the Butch & Liz Dahl Family3 chicken breasts (cut 1/2 inch strips)
1 green pepper (cut in 1/4 strips)
2 onions (sliced and halved)
2 or 3 shredded carrots
2 cups pea pods
4 cups cooked rice
Soy sauce
Butter
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Fry chicken in 4 tbsp butter and 1/4 cup of water until cooked. In same fry pan add veggies and saute until soft-crunchy. Putting a lid on the pan for 5-10 minutes steams veggies nicely. Add about 2 tbsp soy sauce and spices. Cook rice and serve with veggies. |
