Grilled Vegetable & Steak KabobsSubmitted by the Butch & Liz Dahl Family20 cherry tomatoes
3 small zucchini
2 green, red, or yellow peppers
4 small onions
2 steaks (cubed)
2 McCormick's Grill Mates seasoning
Cut steak, zucchini, peppers, and onions into bite-sized pieces. Wash tomatoes. Alternate veggies & meat on kabob stick. Mix Grill Mate seasoning according to package directions. Brush prepared seasoning on kabobs and let sit 1/2 hour. Grill as desired. |
