Grandma's Chocolate Zucchini CakeSubmitted by the Chris & Tina Hanneken Family1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups shredded zucchini
Mix in order given. Spoon cake mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
