Creamy Cucumbers I
3-4 cucumbers, sliced and peeled
1 onion, sliced
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together and enjoy!
Creamy Cucumbers II
1 thinly sliced onion
4-6 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate.

1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup milk
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix until blended milk, Miracle Whip, sugar, salt and pepper. More milk may be added for a thinner sauce. Add cucumbers and onions. Serve ASAP. |
