There are no precise measurements, so ingredients are listed in order of amount.

Raw cashews (raw is best, but roasted will do in a pinch)
Roasted red peppers
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
Nutritional yeast (this is a specialty co-op item)
Garlic, to taste
Tamari, soy sauce, or Bragg's liquid aminos
Lemon juice, splash

Puree all ingredients in a food processor
