 Fresh Fare: A Food Experience from Seed to Stomach

In this new offering, participants will gain hands-on experience in each stage of healthy eating. On Tuesday, plant, tend, and harvest vegetables in the garden while learning the importance of soil health principles and sustainable gardening practices (companion planting, cover crops, no-till, mulching, etc). On Thursday, join Chef Chris in the kitchen to learn how to turn that bountiful harvest into healthy and delicious meals. Summer Series: Tuesday, June 18th (garden) & Thursday, June 20th (kitchen)

Fall Series: Tuesday, July 30th (garden) & Thursday, August 1st (kitchen)

Time & Location: 5:00 - 8:00pm, Hunt Utilities Group Resilient Living Campus

Price: $30 per class, $50 for both, includes a light meal each night. Participants may register for one or both classes in each series.
